Water or Air?

I may purchase an aftermarket cooler for my Intel Core i5 4670K. However I am not certain if it should be water or air.
Water sounds like it would be better but I read that many good air coolers are just as good.

Which of these would perform better?

Air cooler
NH-U14S

Water cooler
Cooler Master: Nepton 280L

I don't mind the price difference, if there is any. I just want to know which one would cool better.

air cooler is better . good enough for OC to 4.5 . . water cooling is expensive and needs more room inside the case to fit in . .

Imo, the noctua would perform more than enough to cool your processor.

The water would cool better, but I agree with STACKS ON DECK that you should go with the air cooling. There is also less to fil on an air cooling setup, while watercooling has lots of fail points.

If you want watercooling, build your own custom loop (not an all-in-one kit). This will cool your computer the absolute best, but it is MUCH more complicated and risky, and there is more maintenance.
