Hey guys, my monitor recently broke and I am setting out to find a new one, that is in the <$300 budget area, that could be 120+hz 1080p, that is also not 3D and about 25" or bigger. I've done a fair bit of searching and only found 3D monitors that have high refresh rates. I'm really stuck here, and any help would be so much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It's a smoother experience with a 120hz monitor compared to 60hz, judging by lots of people remarks. My PC can maintain most games and applications at a suitable speed. Also, what about my location?

It's a great monitor. However, the first one was DOA. Amazon has a good return policy, though, thankfully.
