Need a really cheap GPU that game play games on low settings

I need a cheap GPU because I just want to get my PC working. Right now I was thinking about getting the XFX Radeon HD 5450. It's $30 on Amazon. I was wondering if anyone had any other suggetions on anything else. I can't spend anymore then maybe $35 though. and I am okay with playing games on the lowest graphics settings. I have been running on a laptop with a ATI Radeon 2600 for the past 4 years.
