If you're really serious about streaming and recording for the second build i'd go with a haswell based cpu as it has quicksync support and OBS supports that now.

Discard what the person above said, those sticks will work fine and it's a nice price too.

If you get a K version of an Intel CPU, get a Z87 chipset so you can OC. And why a ITX board in a full tower case??
