is +60mv a safe overclock for extended gaming on r9 290?

Running my r9 290 tri-x at 1100/1400 with a +60mv on the voltage through ab. Temps are in check, low 70s while gaming and the highest it got was 79 after an hour of ungine valley with custom fan profile (60% constant after it hits 60). The oc makes a huge improvement and I would like to keep this way but I'm worried that it may be too much on the voltage. Will I be ok running this or should I just stick to the stock 1000/1300 (or 1040/1350 with no voltage increase), seems like such a waste of potential though. Thanks gor the input, obviously new to ocing my gpu.

What sick game / resolution are you playing that it is a visible improvement?

As long as it keeps cool it should be fine, but it probably won't last as long as it will on stock speeds. Although it should be long enough you'll probably have upgraded by then.
