Hello ladies and gentleman.My name is Efe Ozbatur.I am from Turkey and I can talk English properly so there wont be a problem in communication lol 
Anyway,I want to build a Gaming MONSTER to play my games in high conditions.I can build a PC which is maximum 5500 Turkish Liras,which is 2700 $ nowadays.
I found some parts for my gaming rig,like;
-For GPU,I found GTX 780 Ti OC
-For CPU,I found Intel Core i7 4770K 3.5GHz
So,I want answers for these questions:
-Are these 2 parts above good or not?If not,what should I get?
-Can you suggest me some parts?
-If you are going to suggest me an another video card(but I honestly like GTX 780 Ti much better due to its performance) can you suggest me how much Watt I need on the PSU for the GPU?

IMPORTANT NOTE:In Turkey I can only find ASUS,MSI and Zotac versions of the graphics cards on my local store so please do not suggest me a graphics card except these versions.
