H100i or Kraken x60 for NZXT Phantom?

I have this NZXT phantom case

Will the Kraken x60 or the H100i fit into this case? (mounting on the top)

they will both fit, so go for whichever you would rather pay for. the kraken cools a bit better with its' bigger radiator, but it's not like you really need more than the h100i

Are you 100% sure the x60 fits? The site says 2 x 120mm and the x60 is 240mm?

it would go in the top, not the side.

the top has support for 2x 140mm

Both will work but I'd personally go with the Corsair H100i http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... since it is just as efficient but a bit smaller.

The Kraken is also a great cooler but the Corsair is generally regarded as a superior water cooler.
