I have a h81m-s2pv motherboard, and a bitfenix comrade case, and a i3-4130 CPU.
Now I don't know which CPU cooler to get and I'm on a budget of £1-£20.
Btw I live in uk

Solution
Most likely, the stock cooler will be sufficient, since you won't be overclocking (the CPU is locked, and the mobo doesn't offer overclocking features anyway).
The stock Intel coolers are also fairly quiet.
If you find that it is running warm, you can always add a smaller 92mm cooler; there is no need for anything as big as 120mm.

very true how did i miss that it was locked? i think i need to get more sleep

Another option would be to find a stock Intel cooler from an i5 or i7; those have the copper slugs in them and cool a little better than the all-aluminum ones. A local PC shop may even have a few spares from systems they built using aftermarket coolers.
