GA-B85M-D3H Ram and Sata drive

Hey,
I have the GA-B85M-D3H motherboard and I want to add 16 Gb ram to my PC where do I put it? And also I want to add 500Gb sata hard drive to my Pc as well. Where would that go on the motherboard? And where would I connect it all to. Could you tell me what cables I would need.

For the RAM, add them into the grey color memory slots (#1/#2). But you can put them into the black one too.
For that SSD you need to connect it into the SATAIII_0 port, checkt he manual page 14. Your MB may come with the SATA cable, if you don't enough and just buy any the SATA cable for it. Also there is the 15 pins SATA power cable from the PSU, you need connect it into the SSD too. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serial_ATA

Sorry I got the motherboard wrong it's the GA-B85M-HD3 sorry for any inconvenience. On the motherboard it say SATA 3 and SATA 2 I would connect it to the SATA 2? And where would I place the ram?

Connect the drive into the SATA3_0 ( white) that is in the lower left corner.
