Is this legit?

I was on eBay looking for cheap high-end gaming pc's when I found this one which had a bid on about 33 pounds so far.

I'm not sure if it's an actual fully working pc, or if it's genuine but it didn not state that it had missing parts or it needed repairing. This was the description.

Processor - i5 4670k
GPU - xfx R9 290 4GB
SSD - Samsung 120GB
HDD - 500gb
RAM - 4 GB Corsair Vengance 1600
PSU - Corsair 750w cx750m
Mobo - MSI Z87M-G43
Samsung dvd rw
2 sp 120 Fans and 1 200mm Fan

Your going to want to see what the condition is in such as new, like new or used. If you still unsure you should contact the user on Ebay to receive more information about it.

Thirty three pounds? I suspect what you're getting for that price is a parts list and perhaps step-by-step illustrated instructions.
Otherwise, that's just a low starting bid for an auction that won't end for days, and it will be bid up considerably from there.

Little secret of e-bay. Prices/bids are NEVER below cost+profit...PERIOD. If bids are below cost+profit at the end of the 'bids', the seller ALWAYS cancels the sell. You are better off not using ebay and finding a local seller.
