I did a hell of a lot of research to set up my build, and I wanted to run it through the community before buying it.

Is there anything you think I could improve on before I buy it? (My case will be a Zalman Z11 Plus, by the way).

I'd switch out the PSU and the cooler. The Corsair "CX" is made with some inferior Samxon capacitors that do not tolerate heat very well and are apparently known to fail early. I'd check out XFX there in the UK; their units are all built by Seasonic, and shouldn't be much more expensive.
As to the cooler, the one you've selected is not bad, but in my experience is a bang/buck Loser. You will most likely be able to find a competitor (e.g. NZXT, Enermax, Rosewill, or Xigmatek) offering a 120mm tower cooler that will cost up to 40% less while offering similar performance.

I'm not familiar with the UK shopping sites, but I have seen a number of XFX models recommended. They are all built by Seasonic, so quality will be similar. The differences would be wattage (550W is enough for you; 750W if you might add a second video card later), and that some models are modular.
As to the cooler, I use Xigmatek Gaias I bought for $20 when the CMs were going for $30-$35, but prices change. I'd just search on 120mm fan size and select whichever tower-style cooler is cheaper. All will offer similar performance (which can depend on the fan used), so IMHO it is safe to buy on price. It is possible that the CM TX4 may be a good cheap option as well.
