motherboard compatibility problem

hey guys
i wanted to know i am buying a nzxt lexa s n asrock z77 pro 3 mobo
so on nzxt official website it says that it is compatible but it has header usb ports and nzxt does not so i was wondering if the ports are gonna be a problem or i can connect them to side with wires n also if not suggest a good intel motheboard less than 9000 rs plz n it should be compatible with nzxt lexa s
oh yea n i m also using intel i5 3570k

That case has 2 USB 2.0 Ports so they will only use One USB 2.0 Header which looks like this

You can see the difference between the USB 3.0 and 2.0. Most motherboards now a days that have USB 3.0 and 2.0 Have both for cases like this so you will only have USB 2.0 on the front. You can always get a card reader or a something along those likes that have a USB 3.0 and it would plug into the 3.0 spot on the motherboards.
