Any same performance parts that are cheaper

Any same performance parts parts that are cheaper

As for the GPU, it is a marginal difference, just as is the price. Essentially, with the 270x you are just paying for an overclock of the 270's stock speeds. So if you are un-comfortable with overclocking or just don't want to deal with the hassle, 270x is your go to card.

For the performance differences, look no further than:

Essentially a R9 270x is a higher binned card that provides a more consistent performance than a R9 270. This means that the average FPS will be higher but a R9 270 may have a lower minimum FPS and a higher maximum FPS than a R9 270X but lower average FPS. Difference between the two is negligible. All it comes down is price.

Hmmm... those price points seem pretty low already. I don't know if you could actually go any lower without actually purchasing lower quality replacements.

If you search the components on Ebay, you may be able to find some good deals on the bids and even on regular purchases. I saved about 200$ with my build by buying my stuff there. And don't worry about bad quality. So long as you don't buy from shady dealers (people with an 80% or less approval rating) you should get great stuff. Only one part of mine actually broke and it was only because it was shipped across America twice from a shipping mis-understanding, and it is easily resolved through an RMA report.

So ya, try out Ebay, you'll be apprised. Remember, prices change by the hour over there, so keep appraised if you are wanting to go for pure price point.
