7 Zip Uninstall Issues

I have Windows 8 Pro 64 Bit OS. I recently tried to uninstall the 7 Zip.msi edition and it got uninstalled but still it is shown up in Programs and Features. When clicking uninstall again it asks for some CD ROM. I tried CCleaner but can rename the entry but unable to delete it from there. Any suggestions ? Thanks.

You might try Revo uninstaller that offers a few in depth prog removal features. Another approach would be to reinstall the version of 7ZIP you had and again uninstall it as the residuals you describe suggest the uninstall malfunctioned or was obviously incomplete.
