Ok wife needs a new comp old one is several years old

Would like a I-5 processor min.
Dual monitor set up with 2 dell 24" led hd monitors 1920 x 1080 she has already bought
16 gigs ram 8 min
ssd boot drive and minimum 1 terra storage
Preferred sites to buy are newegg or amazon but open to any
will need OS prefer windows 7
Need tower, psu, motherboard, ram and video card( i believe for duel monitor) This is a complete build
Primary usage is surf web, some video and photo editing, chat, email etc.
wireless internet capable
Purchase date asap
Location Arizona , PHX USA
Don't need any led lights or bling
really just don't want to spend money on things i wont need for this build i.e overclocked gpu or mob with features i don't need.
Any help is greatly appreciated .
