Hi i would like to know if the H60 would work with the Intel Core i5-4670k. All so image to get that CPU up to 4.8Ghz not sure if that water cooling system could hold the temperatures of the CPU if not what about 4.6GHz? And thank you.
Get an H105, or H100 if you want high overclocks. Throw in a Noctua air cooler if you don't want liquid cooling. 4.2ghz is reasonable and can be reached with a simple Cooler master H212 even.
H60 is not going to be good enough to hold the temps down at 4.8GHz even if you get it that high. You will need a custom or at minimum a h100 if your goal is a very high OC at reasonable temps

never mind i found a good deal on the H100i so i guess i can OC to like 4.8Ghz right?

That might be okay, I definitely wouldn't try for any higher, though.
That is kind of border line. Maybe just go for 4.6GHz?

Your asking for a lot out of that cooler and a lot of luck from your CPU. 4.5-4.6 should be no problem 4.8 I think is pushing it though but you won't know till you try.
