Hello, which of these PWM fans is best suited for use on a radiator? I'm looking for 3 120mm fans and 2 140mm fans for low rpm use on low fpi radiators. I have heard great things about both, I'd like to hear definite reasons to take one over the other. Thank you in advance.

They are both really good fans and you won't be disappointed in either. For radiator performance look at the static pressure of each fan (not a direct representation, but a good idea) and for noise look at the dB ratings. See which one fits the performance to noise ratio that you like.

Other than manufacturer specs, I can't find ratings on the Noiseblockers' noise and static pressure levels. Also, can the 120mm PWM BlackSilentPro go down below 600rpm? The site says 600-1500 but is it possible to go lower like the other versions?

Fans require a certain starting voltage. Any less voltage and the fan won't spin at all so I'd assume 600 rpm is the lowest that it would go.
