Gainward GTX 650 2gb, need advice for bios settings

Hi! I have a question about some bios settings, should I use the 4x mode or 1x mode on the graphic settings?

I have a Gainward Gtx 650 2gb ( PCIe 3.0) and a sabertooth z77 Motherboard.

X16 mode is default for GPU! You sure you have it in the right slot or the top one?

Your board has 2 x X16 slots and 1 x X4 slot! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131821
Primary slot is the one closest to the CPU the bottom slot only supports max X4! You have the card in the wrong slot!

Beige is the primary GPU slot! Brown is the second slot and the black one is the Ver 2.0 slot that runs at X4.
