Few things, I don't want ssd as I'll add that later and should I wait for gtx 880 or amd's new gpu and 5th gen intel cpu and ddr4 ram? What should I change here, please give me suggestions...I want to play bf 4 watch dogs, witcher 3 ak 2k at ultra settings with everything max out

Don't know if you need to buy windows or not, but if you don't then I HIGHLY recommend a ssd.
