Its well in need of a graphics card update, So i am planning on an upgrade.

I was wanting to know if i could put this graphics card in:

I would definitely upgrade the psu, OEM psus are junk. Otherwise, with the proper drivers installed, you should be good to go.

All should work well enough together but a few points.
Check the internal case dimensions with a tape measure, OEM cases can be a law unto themselves.
That Powercool PSU isn't exactly top line stuff-30 Amps on the 12 volt rail is very low, a decent 500 Watt unit can do better and would be a better choice.
I suspect the case is small so a modular unit would be the best option, fewer cables meant better airflow and less chance of overheating something, this is more expensive, but then it's modular, and much better quality: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/520w-seasonic-m12ii-520-...
And this is a better card, for less: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-gigabyte-radeon-hd-7...

Worked like a charm! altough case is a bit small and gets hot when playing games, i realized leaving the side of the case off keeps my computer completely cool which isn't hard to do.
Thanks for the great advice :)
