Intel: Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q6600, 4gb 1600mhz ddr3, 500gb hdd, nvidia gt630 2gb ddr3 128bit.

amd: A6-3500, 4gb 1600mhz ddr3, 500gb hdd, on board Radeon HD 6530D

so which one performs very well in overall performance (gaming and none gaming)?

both would make mediocre gamers.(gaming at the lowest settings) Of the two i'd go with the Intel on account it has a dedicated GPU. The A6 still shared memory with the system. The both would do normal task just fine. (web browsing, videos and music)
