Hi everyone, I have a Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 which I OC'ed to 3.2Ghz by the Following Settings .

Bus Speed = 291
Multiplier = 11
Vcore voltage = 1.316 v

Now the Main Problem is Temp, I live in India and the room temp must be about 35° or 36°c . Without Overclocking my Processor stays at 50°c .

When I overclocked my PC at those Settings then my Idle Processor temp was 56°c . I've set a Temp Alarm at 80°c and while running Prime95 my the Alarm was raised and the temp were 82°c within 3min of Test, I closed the Prime95 .

Does the Temp safe for a Core 2 Duo E7500 ? Have did something wrong with my Voltage ? Please suggest me Vcore Voltage for the Chip to run at 3.2Ghz .

P.S : I'm using a Intel Stock Cooler and the Default Vcore Voltage is : 1.257 v

Solution
The voltage is perfectly fine although that is a very minor overclock considering what those chips can do. But your room temp is WAY too high to be doing this especially on a stock cooler. And that temp is way too high for that CPU.
