Friend's Motherboard: P7H55-M LX
He wants to buy a GFX card.
These are my friend's options
AMD/ATI HD Radeon 7770 or 7790.
AMD R7 260X.
NVIDIA GTX 750.
Which of these cards are compatible with the motherboard?
I'm going to purchase in a few hours from posting this!

it has a 2.0 x 16 slot, that mobo should run any of those cards if the psu is good enough.

most powerful from left to right:

gtx 750 > 260x > 7790 > 7770

Also with the 750 you might not need to upgrade your psu as it is not a power hog.
