Hey guys. SO just upgraded to R9 270 from 6670, all great except on some games get faint horizontal fuzzy lines, I have narrowed this down to the fact that my samsung SA300 only has VGA input (on DVI output from GPU). It seems a fair few people are encountering this problem. Have tried on TV and monitor with HDMI and its all good.

So fix is either 1) New monitor, not end of world.....

or 2) HDMI to VGA convertor??? Has anyone tried this for THIS SPECIFIC issue???

Obviously the input at the end is still VGA, so im not sure if this help at all? Basically would this issue be the VGA output or just that VGA cant handle the extra GPU power?

Hope I have explained myself, im not the most technically gifted person :D

Thanks in advance

Ahh I see but an adapter won't cost much.

Anyway, a new monitor sounds like a better option since you have a current generation graphics card. The monitor will come with everything you need to connect it to the graphics card.

Well I dont want to fork out on something that may not fix the job when that money could go towards a new monitor that definately will. Why I ask if anyone has tried for this issue :)
