Borders are cut off, can only see half of the tool bar at the bottom. It's a 42" Panasonic Viera, TC-P42X5. Windows 8, Nvidia GeForce GTX 650. It worked fine on my ex-roommate's 55" Panasonic Viera, but not mine for some reason.

There's usually a setting on the TV to change this, in the old days it was called overscan. These days it's usually called resize or fit image. Usually under the advanced image options.

MagicPants, I've scoured my TV settings, could not find anything about over/underscan, and all the other options make it worse.

Have you tried messing around with the zoom adjustments? (V-position and h-size)
