just remember that 260X need one six pin PCIE power connector from power supply. if your PSU doesn't have one you can use molex (two 4-pin to one 6-pin) but be sure your power supply is not some generic branded one.

GTX 750 3302, R7 260X 2999 - less than 10% between them means that one will be better than the other about 50% of the time - but not by much.

what matters more are the gpu performance itself. cards like 750 amd 260X will most likely out of raw performance before they can fully utilize that 2GB of VRAM. and in game setting only 'traditional' type of AA that eat lots of VRAM and gpu performance like MSAA and SSAA.

Both were close but if you read the review that I linked 260X will have the slight edge. NFS Rival is not too demanding due to the game itself being capped at 30fps on all platform but BF4 is different story. Maybe you can get decent frame rates on medium setting.
