can i use cheap zebronics psu for my built for a short time...?

my build is this....

core i7 3770

8gb ddr3 1600 mhz

1tb hdd

i want to buy a ATI R9 280x graphic card...but 2 month later....

so....my question is that does cheap zebronic psu works for me....?later i'll buy a good one...

You shouldnt be using such a psu even for 1 minute. They are not at all reliable and may damage your system especially motherboard.
Why dont you a get a decent psu now and buy graphic card later.

You can use this psu as long as you dont use an external graphic card with it. But voltage regulation of such a psu is very bad and may damage your components by supplying less or more voltage than specified. So it is recommended to buy a decent psu from Corsair or Seasonic or Antec or XFX. Flipkart has only Corsair or Seasonic though. You can choose from them

i think the psu will work without dedicated GPU
make sure you buy a good quality psu first, before buying 280X

most indian gamers use Seasonic S 620W

corsair tx series is good enough, but it is old product and still 80+ bronze
you can go for XFX 750/850 GOLD for similar price and quality
