Alright, I'm thoroughly stumped.

I've got a computer and for about a year now it will shut down every night and sometimes during the day as well.

I've checked the power settings and there's nothing there.
I've checked and monitored both GPU and CPU temps, both are completely alright.
Double checked the wiring to make sure nothing is in the wrong spot, all looks good.
Updated the BIOS to the latest version, still no dice.
Reset the BIOS to factory settings.
Swapped graphics cards to see if it was faulty, still happens.

I'm just at a loss of what else to try and do and or try. I don't know if I may have a bad PSU, or what's up.

Finally got around to testing this computer out more.

I have the latest BIOS, the heat sink is working fine, PSU works wonderfully on another computer while under load.

So, now how do I figure out of my Mobo or my CPU is bad? I don't really want to buy either without knowing for sure that it's the faulty product.
