Nice setup, but u don't seem to have any after market CPU cooler which is essential for overclocking (because u have a k series CPU). If you arnt going to overclock then don't get the k version and save some money as the default cooler is fine. It is a good set up, but I'm not sure about the graphics card as it is really big, and build to handle multiple montors 3+. Build to use display port and handle huge resolutions. If you are just gonna use one monitor than the graphics card has wasted potential and money. I feel u would be better with a gtx 770 (my opinion)
But the setup, I think, is good enough to run the latest games very well (also think about getting a small ssd like the samsung 840 evo 120gb for windows and all your programs and it will speed your computer up tenfold)

Don't go amd,
For gaming i5 is more than enough
Get the i5470k and overclock it for best performance, go to gpuboss.com, and go the sort (top left), and see which of those gpu are within your price range

depending on your resolution but yes, that is a fantastic combination.

thing is, the 4670k for pretty much all games up to now is just as good. the only real difference between a 4670k and a 4770k is hyperthreading. which doesnt really get used for gaming but rather production programs. regardless, it is a fantastic gaming cpu and gpu.
