my aim is to buy
i5 4670k processor
sapphire r9 270x toxic edition gpu

Do not buy that mobo
you are getting a K processor which means its unlocked and can be overclocked but you need a Z87 board to do so.
just look for a z87 board of your liking with the features you want.
