I'm looking for a new PC for Christmas (I know its a bit early) and I've been looking on a few websites and I think I've found I have found a decent PC around my budget. Also I can't build it from scratch because my parents won't let me (I know its cheaper the build it from scratch). If anyone can find a better one than the one I've found please tell me. It has to have a Intel CPU i5 4th gen or i7 3rd or 4th gen and Windows 7 and a good GPU. Also if your wondering what I'm going to be using it for I would like to play games in 720 and 1080p on medium to ultra graphics with decent fps on games like Smite and Team Fortress 2. I'm also going to be live streaming and recording on this computer as well.

This is the link to the PC I've found

Yeah that's the best you can get. UK products seem pretty cheap. I bought my PC for 550 dollars and it was way worse than that because I live in Canadia :D.
