Outlast high cpu usage

Hello when i start outlast and watch in task manager i get 100 cpu usage wtf and 3,50 ram how is this posible am with 8 ram 1600mhz and i5 3350p in games like ac4 i get 40-50 usage and 2,50 ram in skyrim 20 cpu usage and 1 ram why i get so much usage?

what else running in background maybe some antivirus program eating your bandwidth.

Yes one msmpeng.exe which os 39 056k but have this program when i play ac4 and i dont have that issue also i have something called dwm.exe 13 252k

maybe outlast is a cpu intensive game compared to ac4

I did it but still when i open task manager it goes to 100% then to 40 before it was ffrom 100% to 50-60 but thanks! Would like to know is my cpu bad i have virus or the game is cpu intensive

Post your build list. What goes to 100% - RAM usage, CPU usage? And what is Outlast? A game?

Yes outlast is a game and the cpu usage goes to 100 the ram goes to 3,50 gb usage in other games don't go above 2.15
