I have EVGA GTX 780 SC (ACX Cooler) cards and I cant say enough good things about them. Cool, very quite...and Titan level performance.

Sapphire Tri-X cards are great too though, I'd check out some benchmarks and make your decision from there.

I will go with 290 it is cheaper in India compared to GTX 780
