I can assure you the 760 is a great card for the money. I have a SC edition and overclocked some more and it runs all games on high/ultra.

I would not recommend that card, you can get the same performance for less. Here, get this card:

The r9 270x is lower than the 760.... in almost every benchmark and scoring mark. The r9 270x was more comparable to a GTX 660....

GPU boss does test games if you scroll down it compares game performance. Yes it's worth the extra money. Not to mention the lastest driver also give the Nvidia line GPU's a performance increase. Before people start discounting that as bullshit, it's true in BF4 I had a 15 Average FPS increase. Mantle isn't a selling point, if you read through eny forum concerning games and hardware most AMD users switched back to DX11 due to the huge hit in performance. Yes it's beta I know, irrelevant it's not a selling point since you'd be laying your hopes in a basket of uncertainty that it will ever pay off. So in hindsight is it worth it for the extra $20.... Yes, yes it is.

Well you are talking for a US prices, this is the UK, in Europe all Nvidia equivalent cards to AMD are more expensive. In my opinion if the OP is on budget, the £45 is great difference. And i didn't mention Mantle anywhere, hell, even on my R9 270X i am not using the Mantle and still have 80+ fps on BF4 at 1080p on high settings. But for buyers in US, the choice is obvious, it is GTX 760

I wasn't saying you mentioned Mantle I'm just saying it can't be used as a selling point. You asked if it's worth it I made point to note that it is absolutely worth it.
