Wife needs a new laptop for work

Trying to keep it below 750
2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
She wants the screen to be 17" if possible
3. What screen resolution do you want?
1080p is not necessary
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
It will go from home office to office, and be primary computer for her
5. How much battery life do you need?
Will be plugged in most of the time
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
Very low likelihood of gaming, unless it's me playing LoL, so no consideration
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)
Minimal if any real editing, occasional work maybe, not something she will need often
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
The more the better, but there will be backups available so not a limiting factor

She likes a dell we saw at bestbuy with a touch screen, 17", 8g of ram and 750g hard drive. It was $850, but I thought it had way more bells and whistles than she needed. Came with i5 4200u processor

Needs at least an hdmi output for multiple monitors, she like to use 2 at a time.
