Please help! motherboard and power supply unit

sorry it got kind of messed up I wrote it on my phone here is my complete setup.
Me an my friend are trying to build a pc.
Our setup looks like this: gpu: gtx 760 msi
Seagate barracuda 1 tb
8gb ram kingston hyper x
Cpu: i3 4330
We are very confused on which motherboard works with which gpu and
Cpu we also dont know how much power we will need for this setup and which case will be able to support all these things. Recommendations for a morherboard ans power supply and help would be greatly appreciated.

Power wise would go with a decent 500 watt PSU, something like the EVGA, which is a good one

for mobo, do you have any special requirements? with your CPU would look at a H87 or B85 mobo, no real need for the more expensive Z87, also might consider a M-ATX vs full ATX form factor

Pretty much if the board has PCIe X16 slot it will support the card.

Thank you guys SO much for the help. If the case has extra fans will I need more power supply or is it not a real factor.

Another question. Is there a cpu cooler with the cpu I have ? i3 4330. Also do I need an extra cpu cooler?
