Graphics Card Strange Errors

My Sapphire Radeon HD 4550 is not working. I had recently updated the drivers but the issue is still there. After a few minutes the screen shows artifacts and distortion, and the screen looks divided. Here is a picture: http://imgur.com/tul5Jlp .

I am running Windows 7 64 Bit
I have a Seasonic SS-500ET 500W power supply,
My Motherboard is an Intel DG35EC MATX board.
Please help me with my card.

Looks like a dead card to me.

your may wanna try uninstall video drivers and install them again,probably gpu damaged by overheating,did your overclocked recently.

Damaged card please replace it...Do u have a warranty period ??

It worked fine a few months ago in a different computer, and I never overclocked it.

Oh so sad........feeling sorry . Then there is only one option exchange it with a new card u will get few bucks for this.
