I've been meaning to save up enough money to build my own high end desktop. I want to ep the cost as low as possible but I want the computer to be as upgradable as possible. So when I do save up enough dinero I can buy parts to upgrade it.

Pretty much what I'm looking for right now is a machine that can handle games like Skyrim and emulators with absolute preormance and graphics witout spending much cash.

I probably should have specified that information. Sorry!

I do not need an OS.
I will need a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
I'm not sure what you mean by intel/amd or nvidia/amd but I'd prefer Intel as I know more about those processors than I do about AMD.

I included a 1,250 watt power supply for 3-way CrossFire, as you said you wanted this build to be upgradeable. As for the rest of the parts

-great CPU for gaming, can be OC'd to at least 4.0GHZ on that cooler
-good motherboard
-120gb SSD for OS and apps, 1TB drive for storage
-great GPU
-high res 27" monitor
