^^ what he said about the speakers, and lucid logix is a program that allows you to save power by using the cpu graphics during idle and the video card graphics during gaming. I would not recommend getting it because many people have problems with it.

Any t.v can be used as a monitor as long as you have the same video ports one both the TV and your computer (you can also use adapters). And no it doesn't have to connect to your cpu, you should connect it to your graphics card other wise it won't use your graphics card (unless you have lucid logix)

If you don't mind losing the ssd could you go for the next including the monitor,
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3urqI
the monitor has ips and speakers.

Why do you want speakers in the monitor? Most of the times are these just not worth it.I'm not sure with this one,but look at reviews if you want to know.

Another option would be the next,
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3usjK
with the choice between speakers or a headset.Look at reviews to decide which you find the best option if you want this.
Also with cheaper ram and a less expensive cpu,but that won't be something you''ll notice in performance.
This monitor, still an ips one,is hight adjustable which is something i would prefer.
