Hi, does anyone know how I can change my desktop background to something different? I have some windows looking thing right now. But I really would love it if I could put this picture I have of justin bieber because he is so cute!

open the pic location
right click on the picture and select set as desktop backqround(second option in mine)

Right click on a blank spot on your Desktop
Select Personalize
Click on Desktop Background
Browse
Find where your bieber pic is. Probably in 'My Pictures'
Select
Click OK
Never ever allow me to gaze upon your PC desktop image
