Best cpu cooler for amd fx 8350

what is the best cpu for an amd fx 8350 the room it is in during the summer hits 80-85F and i am willing to spend up to 115$ this is the mobo i have http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... and my case is an nzxt phantom 410 white

look at the h100 if you are comfortable with AIO liquid cooling. It's really not much more difficult than a standard air tower cooler.

ever best for system.
super cooling,
in my system (default setting and stock clock)
idl core 18c
cpu 24c

full load core 34c
cpu 43c.
and your cabinet gives more better results

+1 for the noctua, but I would also suggest the H110 which is much quieter than the h100i, and performs a bit better as well.

All-in-one liquide coolers, or AIOs don't need any maintenance as they're closed loops, you don't change the coolant or anything. They're reliable, but some people might say they have more failure points than an air cooler. But AIOs don't cool much better than good air coolers, in fact the Noctua NH-D15 for example beats all AIOs, except for the H110, the H105, and the X60 which come really close. The biggest advantages of a liquid cooler are it's weight on the motherboard (much lighter than a big block of metal), it's size, and it's looks (great for windowed cases).
