I know that only specialize brand monitors will be capable of showing the AdobeRGB spectrum between 97%-105%, but I do not work with that color spacing. I want to know how much of a difference that means, I suspect that most monitors are capable of showing more than 100% of the sRGB space anyways, am I right?

Do most LED (no GB-r LED) monitors show more than 100% or so of the sRGB?

Solution
It depends on the actual model, but professional graphics models like the NEC PA242W Professional Wide Gamut displays 100% of the sRGB colour space & 99% of Adobe RGB. Low priced consumer models will have considerably lower values.

No monitor can display more than 100% of any colour space as beyond the extremities of one colour space it becomes a different colour space with a different name.

Is sRGB color space somewhat panel related? Any type given TN, AH-IPS, PLS may be equally capable of deliver the 100% of sRGB? Because I see that AdobeRGB is almost always related to models having IPS and PLS panels and it seems that those are better in that expanded color space, but I can't tell if there is a noticeable difference in the sRGB one
