I have an old PC and I need to use After Effects CS6 , so I decided to buy new PC that can render HD videos very fast. I have used my friends computer, it has i7 2600k , 16GB ram , 1 TB 7200rpm HDD, GTX 560 ti . I have used his PC to render a 720p video 20 minutes length. the rendering time was 7 to 8 minutes.

I need a fast PC that can render 5 or10 times faster than that PC. Any suggestions?

If you think that 480GB will be enough for you then its perfectly fine. Windows will use approx. 10Gb for installing.

No, my friends PC costs around 1200$. And I can buy a PC from 1500$ to 2000$ but not more. Also without monitor and OS and keyboard and mouse, because I have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit already. And I have to use one monitor 20 to 21" LED.

How about Seagate 480 GB SSD for windows and everything. It has enough space. Also what is the difference between GTX 760 4GB and GTX 780 3GB that you recommended ? Does the graphic card have a great effect on rendering speed? Because I noticed when rendering that it uses more than 70% to 90% for CPU + 75% of ram. But I disable the frame simulation + turn off preview while rendering by pressing Caps Lock before start render.

I reduced my budget to less than 1000$ . So, can the i7 4770 , 8 GB Ram , 256 GB SSD , GTX 750 Ti build good for both AE CS6 & Blender(because I'm using blender also for some interior design), but I have Core 2 Due on my old PC so it render in few hours--> for me that is so noisy and wasting time.

I use Blender too.

Here's a list of benchmarks for Blender Cycles:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0As2oZAgjSqDCdElkM3l6VTdRQjhTRWhpVS1hZmV3OGc#gid=0

They're from this:

Here's another benchmark, but they only have 3 graphics cards on it, they just show you the best ones (Titan Black is better than Titan):

Hope this helps!

Edit: Make sure you get an nVidia Card! AMD cards do not work in Blender!
Edit: Yes, I would get the 750ti. It's a good card for your budget.
