Computer keeps shutting down?

Hello there again, my computer keeps abruptly turning off without any kind of warning. I first started seeing it only when I would stream, but now it seems to happen when I am only doing a couple things at once. For instance, when I first tried to write this post I was updating planetside 2 and it shut down midway through. It has also shut down when I am watching youtube and updating/downloading something. I am starting to think that this may be a power issue because sometimes when It shuts down and I turn it on again, it starts to boot up but then it powers down again. It also could be a overheating issue but i doubt it all the temperatures seem fine.

Any ideas? Should I take this into a repair shop?

Build:
Processor: FX8320
GPU:GTX560
RAM:8GB
PSU:Corsair 700watts-800watts(would have to find the box to clarify)

P.S:My hardrive is really old and I need to replace it. It is also getting pretty full. I do not know if this could be the problem.

I don't know what to really look for though I have a program that lets me do this but I am not sure what I should be looking out for.

Sorry for asking you these things anyway its your CPU which is overheating therefore the compute will shutdown to protect the cpu from frying. I suggest you to open your case and turn the pc on if the fan on the cpu heat sink is turning then the problem is with the thermal paste then I recommend you changing it. when changing your thermal paste choose a good quality thermal paste so it can work another 2-3 years. :kaola:

on youtube there is lots of video showing how to change your thermal paste if you are a newbie!!
