i have to choose today so which one of these should i get and the i5 has no OS which sucks!

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3kZfF will be a much better overall computer if your not going to overclock. I would highly suggest one change, drop the WD Blue and get a Seagate Barracuda for a little more. You will notice the extra speed.

The 270x is not even close to a 770, the 280x is the 770s direct competitor.

Try this and choose the cabinet whichever suits you.

If you could drop your OS, you can enter i5 series of processors or GTX 770 GPU.
I am still a learner but this should be the arrangement with your $850 budget according to me.
