New gaming pc

Hi,
I'm new to pc gaming and i am going to build my first pc in a week. I will oc my cpu and gpu next year when more demanding games come out. I'm not sure if my psu is good..

Gpu--- ASUS nVidia GTX780ti
Ram----Corsair 16GB DDR3-1600MHz Vengeance
Psu------Corsair RM750
Mobo---Asus MAXIMUS VI gene
CPU----Intel Core i5-4670k
Hdd-----Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB
Case---Corsair obsidian 350d
Corsair h100i water cooler
SSD kingston hyper x 120gb

i will game on a 1080p 144hz monitor

I've heard a lot of people have had problems with the rm series, I'd recommend getting a good xfx or seasonic power supply instead (xfx psu's are all made by seasonic)
This build seems really overkill to me, so I wouldn't go with such a powerful build unless you're spending money just because you can.
Also, you may as well get some higher clocked ram, at least 1866mhz

Considering that you're getting a water cooler, you're probably going to overclock, in which case it would be better to go 50-100W higher on the PSU wattage for greater reliability. Apart from that, it's a great build for high-end gaming, especially at 1080p.

I want the rm for the corsair link software and because for the psu i can't go past 150$
