Is the EVGA 500w enough for R9270x?

It is ample. However, it is not the best. I would recommend the Corsair CX500 (CX500m for modular) in the same price range.(It got a lot of bad reviews for its first revision, but the rev. 2 is very good.)

It is still using the low temp Capacitors
V2 discontinued and first version got great reviews as well. The capacitor problem is the issue if run on high loads and age. http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page447.htm

^_^
You looked at the wrong row lol
It isn't technically "V2"
I've actually never seen a non-certified or 80 plus certified Corsair PSU
The one I was talking about and the one on the market would be the one just below the "V2"
There isn't official reviews for the rev. 2, since Corsair didn't officially announce it. It's actually called 2013 (or 2012, i don't remember) version. You can only distinguish it thanks to its white box instead of black...
