So i recently upgraded my cpu so i could run bf4 easier.
These are my specs then i will go into detail.
CPU: I5-3570s
GPU: 7850 1 Gb
Ram: 8GB
Nothing else really matters.

Now, I play battlefield and i get around 30-60 fps on high but I get extreme lag spikes all the time and my packet loss is fine. I have no clue what is causeing it. It will cause deaths aplenty for me and it is annoying. I get them as people shoot, Before they shoot, and at random times. Are there any performance tweaks i can make to improve my experience?

You should've upgraded the GPU instead. 7850 should work fine however. Make sure all your drivers are up-to-date, and make sure your pc is running at a reasonable temperature. If all of the above are correct, then you can only set the game to medium now...

I run 30 to 60 on high. The cpu needed to be upgraded. it improved the fps more than a gpu would have at the current cpu. Temps should be fine. I have no clue how i could lower them if they werent.
Edit: I'm playing on medium right now running at 120 fps.I can run ultra but im tired of lag from other stuff
