1. Does your wifi card show up in device manager? If so, does device manager show that it is working properly?

2. Is the wifi card still in the same pcie slot that it was in formerly when it was working? If it has been moved to a different slot, maybe the new slot is bad.

If it doesn't show up in device manager, clean the contacts real good with alcohol and reinsert it again. Then go to the TP Link's support web site and download and install the latest version of the driver for that card.

Your card must show up in device manager or any other efforts are hopeless. If cleaning the contacts won't do it, and you are positive that the PCIe slot you are using is functional, then you may have to get a new wifi card.
