My computer was running perfectly fine (built in February 2014) and ever since I turned my computer off at the PSU switch it hasn't turned on (no fans, lights, or noise from the pc).

I needed to turn the computer off at the PSU because it went into deadlock, and I tried holding the power button for 5 second but it didn't turn off at all.
I originally thought the problem was the PSU, but after testing a new PSU, with my system it still has the same outcome as the original PSU.

Is the problem to do with my motherboard?
Is it possible that the other components in my system could be harmed?

Original System (before the problem):

New PSU:

I have tried reconnecting all the parts except the CPU and still nothing, not sure what to do now..

The motherboard is mounted on all standoffs in the case, leaving no standoff touching the motherboard on the back.

I haven't tried just one stick though.

I will also try resetting the CMOS

I have now tried both sticks in seperately and still nothing....

I have also reset the CMOS and still nothing
